I’ve been thinking a lot this week about reviews and customer service.
At the end of every Guilty Feminist podcast Deborah Frances-White and her co-presenter take it in turns to ask the audience to rate their podcast, the joke being that DF-W always tells people to give it five stars and the co-presenter will say that they should give it whatever it deserves. I’m terribly at leaving reviews for goods and services – positive or negative – I think probably because I move on so quickly and don’t think to look back and reflect on the service. Which is strange, considering how important good customer service is to me.
My dedication to reviewing? One star, in need of serious improvement.
